Viennese Spiced Coffee Ingredients
1/3 cup Instant coffee
3 tbsp Sugar
8 Whole cloves
3 Inches stick cinnamon
3 cup Water
Whipped cream Ground cinnamon
Serves: 4-6

Viennese Spiced Coffee Preparation:

1. Put 1/3 cup instant coffee, 3 tablespoons sugar, cloves, stick
cinnamon, and water in a pan.
2. Cover the pan and heat until the mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and let
stand, covered, about 5 minutes.
3. Pour into cups and top each with spoonful of whipped cream and dash lightly with cinnamon.
