Mexican Coffee
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup strong coffee (espresso works best)
1 fluid ounce hot water (1 shot)
1 fluid ounce coffee-flavored liqueur (1 shot)
whipped cream

1. Pour hot water and sugar into a coffee mug.
2. Stir in the coffee and liqueur, and then.
3. spoon whipped cream (use the back of the spoon) gently on top of the coffee.
