Arabic Coffee

Ingredients
1 level Tbsp Arabic coffee
2 level Tbsp coarsely ground cardamom
2 cups water

Arabic Coffee Preperation

1. Put the coffee in a pan and warm it on a low heat for a few minutes
whiltst mixing with a spoon.

2. Add the water, bring to a boil, and boil 3 or 4minutes.

3. Pour the boiled coffee through a filter into the dallah (arabic coffee pot) and
add the cardamom.

4. Return to the heat, bring to a boil once more.
